Digital Products

All products sold by Static Services are digital goods delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital license keys, products can often be accessed or activated immediately after delivery.

Refund Eligibility

Once a license key has been successfully delivered or activated, purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:

• Duplicate charges
• Verified delivery failures
• Incorrect purchases caused by technical errors on our side

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Compatibility issues clearly disclosed before purchase
• User error
• Violations of our Terms of Service
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without contacting support first

• Your Order ID
• Your Discord username
• A description of the issue

Each request will be assessed individually.

Static Services reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its discretion where permitted by law.
